Hi Everyone!!!

Welcome to my blog for World Race! 

My name is Ericka Robinson. I am a 26 year old graduate from Benedictine University, where I studied Communications and Theology. I have had a passion for missions since my sophomore year of college. Missions means more to me than just going out of the country, or abandoning your normal way of living to live in community and do the Lord's work. It's about falling in love with the word so deeply that it sets a fire in you to walk and talk like Jesus and produce disciples, so that you create a domino effect of the Gospel being told.

I am taking this year of preparation to truly fall in love with Jesus and to learn his love for me. So that there will be a fire set in me that I can't contain, that even when I come back from the World Race, that fire will still be lit and I keep telling of His goodness and mercy until I meet with Him in Heaven. 

What is World Race?!

World Race is a year long mission trip, where I will travel to 11 different countries in 11 months. During this time I will simply be the hands and feet of Jesus. I will be sharing the gospel, meeting my sisters and brothers needs, and sharing the heart of Jesus with  his sons and daughters. 

I pray that everyone that comes to follow, subscribe, or even happens upon this blog will be inspired, encouraged and uplifted by what I share. I also pray that you will help me stay lifted in Jesus and that you will pray and commune with me.
